Citroen Peterborough have given me excellent service. From my initial online enquiries, right through to my purchase, Adam Mills has been absolutely spot on. If he didn’t know the answer to any of my miriad questions, he found out the correct details and came back to me promptly. The showroom is easy to find, bright and clean and all sales staff that I have seen are very well presented - smartly dressed but not stuffy - and friendly. Care and consideration was shown to me in the way my unusual vehicle choice was throughly discussed. Both the benefits and the ‘limitations’ of the Ami were openly discussed so that I could make a fully informed decision. I would wholeheartedly recommend Group 1 Citroen Peterborough.

The experience at Citroen Peterborough was good because I was looking for a new car after mine got written off. I already had a car in mind at a different dealership but my sister wanted to go look at a Vauxhall. I went into Citroen whilst she was next door. The two gentlemen there informed me they were just about to close in about 10 minutes time but I was fine to look around and chat with them. When I found my car they told me they would happily stay open a little longer so I could test drive it. I was so impressed with the professionalism they demonstrated and felt so welcomed I ended up purchasing the car on finance right there and then. We struggled to find a date that suited everyone that I could come in to pick it up and again, Luke offered to come in on his afternoon off so I could pick it up on a day that suited me. I work in hospitality and the customer service demonstrated was second to none. I would highly recommend Peterborough Citroen and Luke Chambers to anyone in need of a new card

I was happy with the sales service at Citroen Peterborough because the sales person, Adam, was very helpful, patient and answered all our questions. He was let down by the company applying Autoglym protection not doing their job properly, requiring the car to be returned and the service department who had to clear a blockage in the windscreen washer not completing their job properly. The car had to go back to them to get the washers directed correctly onto the windscreen and even then, one part of the jet on the drivers side misses the windscreen completely. It does not give a good impression of the reliability of the service department.
