What do we do
Remove the old filter, clean housing and hoses, then fit a new filter.

Why does it need to be changed?
Your engine needs clean fuel. If the filter is blocked it can lead to a drop in performance.

What do we do
We replace the old filter with a new one.

Why does it need to be changed?
Spark plugs become less efficient over time. This can cause engine damage and means you use more fuel.

What do we do
Remove the spark plugs, inspect them and replace with new ones.

The system can lose up to 10 per cent of its gas each year, becoming less efficient and increasing fuel consumption.

What do we do
Drain and recharge the system, check parts and ensure the compressor and condenser are working correctly.

What do we do
Check the level and look for leaks. Drain the system and fill it with new brake fluid, then test the system.

**Customers who reach the recommended mileage limit on their vehicle's cambelt before 4 years may be advised to change their cambelt sooner. Please speak with one of our Service Advisors for further information.

We'll give you a car

Loan car - £12.50 including insurance with a maximum excess of £250; excluding fuel.

Loan car; Free if insured by customer free if you self insure. Insurance must be fully comprehensive, to a value agreed with your Volkswagen Authorised Repairer. Evidence of insurance to the correct level will need to be produced before the loan car can be released.

Don't forget: Bring both parts of your driving licence on the day. Please be aware that loan cars need to be booked in advance of your visit.

Collect and deliver depending where you live, we'll pick your car up and drop it back when the service is over - saving you the trouble of arranging alternative transport. Simply let us know before your appointment.

Area 1: £10, up to 20 minutes each way
Area 2: £15, up to 40 minutes each way

Any journeys over a 40 minute drive time each way are discretionary and need to be discussed with your Volkswagen Authorised Repairer directly. Please be aware that collection and delivery appointments need to be booked in advance of your visit.
