No one took multiple calls to the dealership. The sales exec did not provide a phone number, so email was the only means of communication - not great. The car was not perfectly clean at collection, it was not fully prepared (I had to find out myself that it’s missing the boot cover, as well as the isofix covers - both were found prior to leaving the dealership). The sales person had to consult often with his superior during the purchasing process - that’s ok by itself, but the superior not even once showed his face, which led me to believe they shy away from dealing with customers. Last but not least, requiring bank payment (and no other option - e.g to pay by card at the dealership), PRIOR to collecting a vehicle is just shameful and subpar. Overall, the sales exec was ok, but he was let down by the dealership, and after all I am purchasing a vehicle from the dealer. Group 1 would not necessarily be my first choice next time.
