Terms and Conditions
When you join the Beadles Loyalty scheme, you automatically become bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. The Beadles Loyalty card is issued by and remains the property of Beadles Group Limited which reserves the right, at any time without notice, to: (a) terminate the scheme; (b)decline to issue a card (c)on reasonable grounds, withdraw or cancel a card, or to alter or amend the conditions of operation of the Beadles Loyalty card scheme. Reasonable grounds include (i) any abuse or attempted abuse of the scheme, or (ii) any use or attempted use of a card, in a manner which is contrary to these terms and conditions or (iii) any reasonable suspicion of dishonesty on the part of a member in connection with the scheme.
2. Beadles Loyalty card will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
3. The Loyalty card is not transferable, all participants in the Beadles loyalty card scheme must be the individual whose name appears on the card and is the registered keeper of the vehicle whose registration number is identified on the card. Members may be removed from the scheme at any time at the discretion of Beadles Group Limited.
4. Your Loyalty card can only be used at Beadles Group Dealerships. Your Loyalty card cannot be used as a credit card or a cheque guarantee card.
5. The Beadles Group Loyalty card scheme is only for personal and consumer use.
6. Your Loyalty card cannot be used for any transaction where the beneficiary is another motor trade business.
7. Any card that is lost, damaged or stolen may be replaced although we reserve the right to make an administration charge.

We respect your privacy. Accordingly we do not sell or rent identifiable information regarding our customers to any third party. Unless otherwise stated, information given to Beadles Group Limited will be shared within the Beadles Group.
Beadles Group Limited would like to share information about you with any new companies Beadles Group Limited may develop in the future, either on our own or with others.
Any information that you give us is held with the utmost care and security. It will not be used in ways to which you have not consented.
Beadles Group Limited strictly adheres to the Data protection Act 1998.
